Parking is terrible at this location. They closed for remodel but nothing really changed. The prices are way overpriced for what they have. I don't know who does the pricing but they are wrong in assuming their merchandise is worth that much. I looked at a used badminton set once with a price of 45.00. I could buy a new one much cheaper! This is the only location I have seen that pulls out a name brand shirt and prices it even higher.

If I could give it a BIG FAT 0 I would in all areas,and this is coming from a person who loves goodwill! I shop and donate at the Mechanicsville store weekly,but was at this side of town so went ahead ( even though I know they charge more on certain things which is ridiculous & don't have as good of a selection) but I this trip was the worst. They even made up prices at the register, the manager on duty whom was assisting the cashier was the rudiest,person I'd met in customer service in a long time! They didn't want to allow me to get my goodwill card stamped and then,(took a full one I had to be used for 20% off & denied it and made me give them another one) charged my debit card to credit when I specifically said "debit" 3times and overcharged me for numerous items, and on top of all this the manager assisting the cashier was wanting to debate store policy with me when I wasn't even trying to talk to him, but he just kept going! The most unprofessional & rudest store I've been in,in awhile!
