They're horrible! Pushy, overpriced, and bad pictures. Was talked into buying a package ($70) at a mall in Roanoke by a very persistent sales rep. After finally agreeing, the choice of buying it was an instant regret, however, NO REFUNDS. The day of the appointment came and went. The pictures turned out horrible. Out of all of the pictures they took only 2 of them were somewhat decent and one of those looked really strange because they blurred (or "softened") the picture around her head....this made her look like just a face. Most of their background options were of cartoon characters like Pooh. For $70 there weren't many photos, and only 2 of them were decent enough to keep.
