i brought A TICKET IN ADVANCE, WAS TOLD THAT ALL I NEED WAS 20 TO CHANGE THE TICKET.ONCE I TRY TO CHANGE IT, THEY TOLD ME IT HAD TO BE THE DAY B4. SO IM OUT ALMOST 200 ,PLUS I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER 250 FOR ANOTHER. THE ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HAVE SUCKS REAL BAD..mAKES YOU FEEL IT BETTER OFF RENTING A CAR OR FLYING TO WHERE YOU NEED TO GO. tHEY ARE MORE FRIENDLY THERE. oTHER TIMES THE THE GUYS BE TRYING TO DATE MY WIFE WHEN SHE TRAVEL THRU MN. THEY BETTER GET ON THERE GAME,OR CLOSE DOWN.MEGA BUS IS COMING BEHIND THEM.

This is a company that just scams people out of their money, Their web pages is messed up you purchase your ticket but you can not print them out, so you have to go to the station and they can not print them so they have to re-issue your ticket for a fee of 15.00 then you get to your first stop and they do not want to honor the ticket they say it is first come first served. if you are late arriving then you must pay another 15.00 to get ticket re-issued at the next stop. I will be going to the News and posting this on Facebook. I feel since it was their fault that these fees should be waived and they should be refunded. Do not use this as a form of transportation if you have to be some where at a specific time you will not arrive on time and have extra money or you will be stuck out somewhere..... There were so many customers upset everyone got screwed somekind of way, I am not sure who implemented these rules for the company but they truly need to be fired, and the company needs to be re-organized. It is a shame that newer companies are in better order than a company that has been around for so many years. It is sad that your company has drop down to this low standard, you should be ashamed of how you have treated your customers, I am sure that you will soon closed down because the way you have treated them makes then not want to use your company ever, and I am sure I as they will spread the information around about your company....Sad day for the Greyhound Bus Company.

Bad service

The service is really bad.

Buses are never on schedule.



I had booked my tickets in advance but was still not provided a seat on the bus.

Their explanation was that although you pay for the tickets for a particular bus in advance, the seating is on first-come-first-serve basis and if the bus gets filled up, then you have to wait for the next bus which resulted in a 4 hour wait for the next bus.



They don't even provide an option for reserved seating.

As a result you need to be at the bus station atleast 1.5 hours in advance and keep standing in a long queue till the bus arrives.

THIS IS THE WORSE BUS LINE

I WAS SOUPOSE TO LEAVE TUESDAYBUT THEY DIDNT HAVE A DRIVER AND DIDNT KNOW WHEN WAS GONNA BE THERE AND THEY NEVER SAID ANYTHING OTHER THEN WE COULD STAY THERE BUT THEY COULD NOT GIVE US A TIME WHEN THEY WOULD BE THERE THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE A DAY IN A HALF I LEFT WENSDAY NIGHT AT 8:30 PM AND GOT THERE AT FRIDAY MORNIN AT 5:45AM THE MEN WHO HANDLES YOUR LUGGAGE THROWN MY LUGGAGE IN ANDBROKE THINGS THAT WAS INSIDE THE BAGAGE AND RUIN OTHER THINGS THAT WAS IN MY BAG NOT ONLY THAT YOU COULD NOT GET ANYTHING OTHER THEN A BAG OFCHIPS AND WHAT EVER DRINK CAME OUT THE BUS STATIONS AND IAM ALSO THINKIN ABOUT CALLING 12 ON YOUR SIDE
