Since becoming all natural over a year ago, I have been taking care of my own hair. So it was time for a trim, so I decided that I would try out Hair Cuttery. My hair had so much growth. My stylist Donnica was awesome! She gave me my price before starting on my hair, she was extremely patient with my tangled hair, and she did a flat twist that came out outstanding.

I NEVER COMPLAIN HOWEVER YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS!! I WENT FOR AN ALL OVER HIGHLIGHTS, A HAIRCUT, CONDITIONING TREATMENT PLUS STYLE! The poor lady named Debby who commented on her every move screwed my highlights to pieces. Not only that my roots showed like a full inch of no highlights. Then she preceded to do a bob and I showed a picture of a swing and angle with bangs swished to the side and none of this was ever accomplished. Secondly, I arrived at 9:30am and left at 1:00pm. DO NOT ASK FOR HER, DO NOT GIVE IN AND LET HER AND PLEASE WAIT YOUR TURN FOR ANOTHER STYLIST!!! See my next answer as to how my end result came out in the end!!

To whom it may concern;

MY SECOND VISIT WENT AWESOME!!! I ASKED FOR A MANAGER THAT NIGHT AND SHE TOLD ME TO COME IN THE FOLLOWING MORNING!

I walked in, Veronica the manager, she immediately apologized I know at least the whole time I was there, she went over and beyond her duties, I felt like she understood all of my concerns (see below) and she wanted ME VERY HAPPY! I was taken to the chair to match my natural hair and she re-colored my hair one color, then Veronica did my conditioning treatment, proceeded to do my highlights ( I loved them), she cut my hair perfectly and of course I'm very pleased! Her other ladies that she hired recently were marvelous!!! New and seasoned associates to the point that you could actually feel the good juju throughout the salon! You know the feeling of hesitation and the anxiety levels when you already know someone is going to screw your hair up??? Yes....today was not that kind of day!!! I had a great experience with Veronica....The new Manager..... And her new associates that she hired on as well!!!
