Never use this company. Their phone number 804-644-1414 is only a fax number and you cannot speak with anyone directly. I had a compliant about Officer H. Jones who works at the East Richmond Social Security Administrations Office. He has a very abrupted, rude, nasty, and condenscending manner when greeting and instructing people entering the facility. My husband is a Disable Veteran who is in constent pain daily and had to leave out of the office and sit in our truck because it was so upset about how this Security guard treated people.
