The absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced! I will never spend another dimension at this location! When I asked the lady that was taking my order 1 single question, she simply would not answer me!! I asked her twice and she would not respond! When I drove up to the window to pay, her and her other 2 workers proceeded to yell and laugh all over my food as they prepared it. This was my 1st and absolute last time going to this Popeyes location. Bottom line....if you don't like your job....QUIT!

the customer service was horrible. I was one of two customers that night. First it took the cashier forever to take the order of the person in front of me. finally a second cashier decided to come to the front, but ignored me because obviously gossiping about the rude the customer that must have come in before me is more important the serving the TWO(!) customers you have right now. After I finally got her attention, she wouldn't let me finish my order but turned around to prepare the first part of my order, only to return to gossip with her co-workers. So the first cashier turned around, noticed I was displeased and finished the rest of my order... not to mention that the chicken I was finally able to take home, was dry, over baked and cold. I will not return.

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL !!!! MADE ME SICK DO NOT EAT HERE!! IT IS BRAND NEW THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE AS WELL
