Called for a cab and when he arrived, gave him address we were going to. Said he didn't know where it was and sat on the side of the road with the meter running while he searched his phone. I told him to turn the meter off and he said that it was my responsibility to know where I was going. We had given him the address.He then commenced to get lost and we finally told him to drop us off at the mall. He said we owed him $39.00. i told him no way, he got lost. He then frightened my girlfriend with his swearing. Return trip cost us 24.00 with our regular cab. I haave reported him to the University of Richmond and Henrico County Police departments. Guy is a criminal!
