I ordered a piece of leather for a cusomer's desk from the swatch provided by Richmand Desk Leathers. It came very light (the swatch was a very dark green). Several shades lighter than the swatch. I overnighted the leather along with the swatch and when Mick received it he said it was the same color. It was clear to 3 of our staff members that the color was off. Mitch did resend another piece but was very rude over the phone. I don't have time to do business with someone that won't admit when a product is not right. I will not be doing business with him again. He did send another piece of leather that I am unhappy with but if my customer will accept it, great. I would not.
