These guys are awesome! Great customer service, professional, friendly, resonably priced. I was heartbroken when I closed my car trunk on my iPhone 6 Plus and obliterated the screen. The Richmond Geeks replaced the screen in less than 30 minutes and were super pleasant to do business with. There is even a lovely little waiting area with coffee! I highly recommend!!

I felt really bad after my phone screen got broken. I thought that it was a lot to fix the screen. I went to the store to check it out and was so happy after I got the screen fix for a reasonable price.

They give me good advice on new device that I am going to buy for my school work and home use on my free time.

Theses Guys are the best, they did not charge me for doing a soft reset on my phone, I thought I have to buy a new one when they did there magic and saved my life.

Great and fast service. Went in to get my Galaxy S5 charging port replaced. Called few places before but no one in town does that work until I called them. Very happy!!!

the place has most of the services to fix computers, cellphones, tablets with a very reasonable price for each service, and discount for multiple fixes at the same time.

I took my laptop to them for a graphics card related issue. I was charged $100 for wrong diagnosis, they did not fix the problem and then I had to listen to a gratuitous speech to throw away the laptop.

Last time I checked, the repair shop is where you go when you didnt want to buy a new machine.

Poor attitude, incompetence and the nerve to charge a fee and then give me a spiel ...Never going back there....

My Mother and I both broke our screens (my iPhone 4S-front and back screen, and my Moms my touch phone) they had the best price in town-my mom called all over and they fixed both with in an hour...and it was a Friday afternoon. And they gave us bottled water and coffee while we waited. Such gentleman!

My desktop PC recently stopped working (no power) after the severe thunderstorms that came through Richmond. I took it to this shop where they quickly diagnosed the problem with accuracy. It needed a new power supply and a new graphics card (which was also killed when the power supply went). They provided me with amazing service, very fair rates to fix the problem, and had me back up and running the next day! Since I use this PC for work and entertainment, getting it back fast was my main concern.



I could not be any happier with the service and work. The owner was also extremely friendly and helpful and he even offered me a cold drink while I was at the shop.



Don't hesitate about using Richmond Geeks if you need fast, affordable service. I drove 30 minutes JUST to work with them.

Find some where else !!!! I took a PS3 in that was playing PS2 games when it went in; but was having some other issues, NOW it has new issues and IT DOES NOT play PS 2 games anymore. It has been back to this shop 5 times; thank good they only charge me for the intial fix. They said it was fixed for the 6 sixth time, still not working right. Find some where else to go besides here .....................................

They do a great job, at reasonable prices, and stand behind their work!

This place is a life saver. I had a virus on my computer and I refused to take it to the same old place. I walked into the store and was greated with such respect and care that I decided to leave my compute with them. They cleaned and fixed my computer within no time and now it works like it did when I first bought the computer.

The service was awesome and very reasonable. You couldn't ask for better service. Honest and helpful. The owner didn't mind spending time explaining anything that you ask. He didn't try to push products on you. I will definitely go there again. Very satisfied.

I spent $285 at BestBuy to remove a virus, they did a horrible job.

i took it to this guy, he rebuilt the whole system for $59 :)
