Wow. Just wow. Rick's Custom Frame and Gallery is amazing. I walked in with a series of original pastel works that I collected over the years in their tired, dirty gallery frames. Austin greeted me and spent hours figuring out just the right frames. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, but beyond that, he was patient as I tried to imagine what would fit the art and the space (we recently bought a new home) as well as serve the concept of an art cluster for an irregular space. He also respected the artwork, giving an honest evaluation of which glass and matt style would serve the art as well as the eye.
Framing itself isn't cheap anywhere you go, but they were right in line with other quotes I've gotten. What was different was the time; 5 large, moderately complex framing jobs in under a month? Then call me in half that time and tell me that I can pick it up? I was pleased enough to come to YP and do a review, lol.
The TL;DR on Ricks is that they are professional, capable and really nice to deal with, they deliver on time, and are fairly priced.
