value place in wake forest NC has horrible management, Michelle. i understand this is a low budget motel, however, Michelle, on your management team has no idea how to conduct business in the hospitality industry. she cannot handle a complaint and will immediately refuse Money by stating she will not check you in. (i had already spent $2200 & paid for an additional 2 weeks which had to be refunded) I am totally appalled at her training & lack of diplomacy in a matter. instead of simply stating she will let her superiors know of the inconvenience given to me she refuses cash. leaving the facility I had to make calls to reserve alternate accomodations she calls the police, he told me she said " I was thrown out and refused to leave the parking lot" the officer was very polite and we laughed. I do know how important referrals and repeat customers are, unfortunately I will not. I also reached out to Jennifer Grant your area director, who never bothered with a response.
