I went to SmartStyle recently because it was close to my work. I requested a straight across haircut with two inches taken off. We agreed on what she viewed as 2 inches, she then began cutting. I did not think she was doing it right and during the haircut she kept leaving to ring up hair products for other customers. When she was done she gave me a mirror. The right side of my hair was much longer then the left and the back looked like she had cut the bottom of my hair longer then the top, on top of that it was about 3 inches shorter then we agreed. I did not say anything because I did not want her to touch my hair with scissors anymore.



I went to another salon a friend suggested for a haircut fix. She measured the right side of my hair and compared it to the left. The right was 3 inches longer then the left. It was like the women who cut my hair was blind. The stylist that fixed it was shocked on how terrible of a job the women did.



I started with hair almost to my back and ended up with a bob because the original stylist messed it up so bad. Do not go to this salon. This place is the epitomy of, "you get what you pay for." By the way the stylists name was Renee.
