I'm always on the lookout for really good sushi and I thought I had found it...until now! Umi definitely takes first place! My baseline test for any restaurant is the sashimi muguro (tuna). The Umi Muguro was absolutely melt in your mouth! So buttery and fresh! I also enjoyed the unagi (eel) and their blackened tuna appetizer. Both were wonderful as well. And don't let the prices scare you! While the per piece prices are slightly higher than other sushi bars and restaurants, the proportions were unlike any I had ever been served before. Well worth the money. Will definitely be going their again and would recommend this to any sushi/sashimi lovers!

I love sushi and this is I think the best in Richmond! Exceptional service. Price a little bit high but well worth the quality! My favorite sushi place along with Sushi Go Around.
