Veterans cab is the best cab company in Richmond. They are professional and always on time. I can always count on them!!

I understand how busy things can get, but, I've never had a problem with professionalism, courtesy or anything like that. When it's all said and done, I've always been a satisfied customer. ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY, NO COMPLAINTS.T. CHANDLER WAS MY DRIVER TODAY. I'VE RIDDEN WITH HER BEFORE & SHE'S ALWAYS BEEN ON POINT. MY HUMBLE OPINION IS TO ACQUIRE MORE DRIVERS LIKE HER. OUTSTANDING!!!!

I use Veteran's Cab for my very early chemotherapy appointments downtown @VCU Health ~ fantastic drivers, very professional, helpful, and always very, very prompt. Clean vehicles, smooth ride, confidence in driver ability ~ overall a really great company ~ highly recommend. Really enjoy having Karl "Bear" as my driver.

I chose to use this Company on my way home from the airport last Sunday so I can compare it with the cab company that took me to the airport which was Taxi Richmond LLC which I thought was a good service Veterans cab exceeded my expectations I chose them because my grandfather father brother and all of my cousins are veterans and veterans Was started by veterans

The young lady that answered the phone when I called was very friendly, professional and courteous. She told me to expect the cab in 20 minutes but in less than 10 minutes it was in front of my house. My driver, Lisa, was just wonderful! I couldn't have had a better experience! Thank you ladies!! I will be a return customer for sure!

I took this company home on new year's on was really impressed with the service. I called them again tonight and the service was just as awesome. definitely use this company if you need a ride. They are great!

Do not trust this company they are rude an unprofessional. Ordered a cab at 8:30, was told wait time was 30-45 minutes. Called back after waiting 1.5 hours said would be another 30 minutes. Called again, said they arrived and called my cell phone but "I answered and hung up". The idiot claims to have written my cell phone number incorrectly, however, I also gave them the room number if my hotel. Why would they not have called my room? Literally ruined my night, I waited two hours for their cab that never came. Then the dispatcher had the audacity to hang up on me when I expressed my dissatisfaction. Don't waste your money here. They are evil! Shame on Veterans Cab!

The driver suggested I log on and rate the service. It was great. She was nice and professional and on time. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody in the richmond area.

The driver was on time and helped me with my bags. We had a great conversation and the taxi was very clean and well kept

If I were telling my best friend about this service, I'd say that it is excellent. The driver was very nice, the taxi did not smell bad (and neither did the driver). The fare did not exceed the estimate they gave me on the phone, and they arrived on time. I would tell my best friend that this company should receive an A++

I called and actually spoke with an intelligent human being who was actually sitting at a desk in an office and not some jack-weed talking to me on a cellphone while driving a cab and doing 30 different things. %100 A+

I've been using literally all of the taxis in Richmond thus far and I must say Veterans Cab is okay, not great. When I called a couple of times the drivers were late, and the cabs themselves weren't that pleasant. However, they do try to make amends to their wrongs so I guess that makes it okay.

I've been using veterans cab since 1985 and I have never had a problem with their service. They are always on-time and the drivers are very professional

I called and scheduled this company to pick-up my girlfriend so she had a ride to work. I called more than 8 hours in advance to schedule. When the hour came for them to pick her up, they failed to do so.

i had a pleasant experience riding with Veterans Cab ...they gave me the curb to curb service and great conversation w/my driver ...i couldnt ask for a better company to ride with ,,,THANKS VETERANS CAB...YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM ME AGAIN.

i think they could do a lot better because i was only 20mins away and it still took the driver a hour & a half and i had to call back nines time and got put on hold eight times so if u need @ b sumwhere on time never ever call these people cause they will have an attitude with u because they do not like there job & who every the man is that answers the phones at nite has a major attitude is very rude and i will call the supervisor asap!!
