I dropped my car off for at Vidler Automotive, near my workplace, to get a state inspection. They failed it due to defective ball joints and quoted me $500.00 to fix. I ask that he slap the rejection sticker on as I wanted to think about it. I then took the car to Nobles Automotive in Midlothian and asked for a quote to replace the ball joints. He quoted me $375.00. I told him I would drop my car off in the morning after setting up someone to pick me up. That next morning I dropped my car off and went to Denny's next door for breakfast. Mr. Noble called to tell me my car was ready before I got the check. He could not find anything wrong with my ball joints and only charged me $16 for the state inspection. Now if he was like Vidler, he could have just taken my money and I wouldn't have been the wiser.

Shame on you Vidler you are truly a highway robber.

Was a first timer and even though it was obvious from other folks who came in that everyone knows him, felt very welcomed and comfortable. Service was fast and reasonably priced. Will definitely go back again
