I needed my treadmill belt replaced in April and contacted Tom Hayes from Viking Fitness and repair. Our first appointment was for 4-24 which started the cancelled appointments being the first one cancelled. He did come on 4-25 and he ordered a new belt and I gave him a check for $170.00.
5-10 the belt finally arrived but it was the wrong size. He said the company said he ordered the wrong belt so he was going to order the correct one. The belt came in 5-24 and after that it was excuses and broken appointments. He finally said that he would refund my $170.00 and I could get someone else to replace it. I have yet to see my refund even though he said he had put a money order in the mail. I have all our texts and a copy of my cancelled check but still out my refund. I wish I could give this company less than one star. 😡
I have had the treadmill fixed by a company who actually came out and fixed it.
