Located in the West End of Richmond, Virginia, Virginia Hand Center is central Virginias only facility dedicated exclusively to the care of the hand, wrist and elbow. Founded in 1995, the Virginia Hand Centers mission is to provide the highest quality care to patients with medical problems involving the upper extremity. We are the only facility in central Virginia providing exclusively upper extremity care. Dr. Stephen Leibovic, Medical Director, is Virginia Hand Centers board certified Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in upper extremity (hand, wrist, elbow, and arm) care.
