Who do you complain to about an IDOT at 3609 Chamberlayne Ave Apt B-10 when MGT. won't do any thing about (LOUD LOUD) music all hours of the night Walls vibrating from (LOUD BASS) have made numerous complaints/FYI-Mgt. has no concern for tenant's privacy/ or concerned with the fact the IDOT is a Drug Dealer. You'd think they'd want to get this type of trash out of their complex, but no they don't have to live here and put up with this type of (TRASH) . FYI- they don't care as long as their getting their pay check/apparently they don't care about their tenants or the children they put at risk by letting this type of person access to the complex just for another $buck. Guarantee if they and their children had to live here. It would not happen in anyone's life time.

Have complained about LOUD/LOUD BASS Music coming From 3609 Chamberlayne Ave Apt B-10 With No Resolve from either office. Management is definitely not concerned about tenants privacy no matter how much you complain!!! Sure Cure... Purchased a Sony SL/5000 2,200 watt per channel output Stereo & 4- 500 watt Bass percussion speakers, Put them 3 Feet from his wall and let it rip at full volume Saturday afternoon & night!! Surprise!!! Surprise!!!! Haven't heard a Peep out of this IDOT since Saturday and it's now Wednesday (Three days of Peace and Quiet!!! YAAaaaa... I have been asking them to come out and fix my leaky ceiling and kill the bugs in my apartment and change my rugs, I have been here 7 years rug has not been changed is warm house has not been paintedand it looks terrible. I am on disability and have a hard time walking and breathing, so all I ask is just time to come out and fix the things that a worn and tattered over years have not done it yet.

I agree with last review. Prices not bad but maintenance is terrible. Takes weeks and months just to come out and fix simple things.

They could do a lot better far as fixing remodelling over best price for rent
