My order is wrong almost every time. Check before u leave! !

Been to this location before but it has really gone down hill. Went there last night, manager got into a screaming match with a customer, cops were called, doors were locked, statements taken from us even though we had no idea what happened. After this 30 minute delay, the 8 pieces mild I ordered was actually 5 pieces spicy, (all breasts which may be good for some but I cannot eat hot foods and we like legs & thighs), which I did not discover until I got home since I just wanted out of there. Will not go back and I suggest others to make the drive to Sauk Village or Hazel Crest to get their Popeye's fix. This location doesn't even show up on Google and it has been there for years so hopefully it will get shut down soon!

Keeeeeeeep Driving.I can not agree more with @krissy below me. Customer service is absent at this establishment. Ghetto?Yes. Rude? Beyond. This place needs a new staff or to just be plain ol' closed down. Why should I have to give my hard earned money to a buiness where customers are at the bottom!There are so many people looking for jobs and the few that have them (popeyes) are just reckless. So in all i would tell my best friend to try KFC or just cook at home,this POPEYES is two thumbs down on customer service.If i could rate below 1 i would give it about a -2.

This restaurant is extremely ghetto and ignorant. The employees are rude, abrasive, and very inappropriate. They have no customer service training and speak with annoyed tones. The restaurant is always crowed due to bad planning on their part. Other times they may not have any chicken at all... I've often received incorrect orders in the drive thru. The owner of this store ought to really pay attention to what goes on inside his investment. I love Popeye's!! But hate that location, unfortunately it is the closest one to my home. I only gave you one star because I had to in order to post my review. Other wise you get negative ten stars from me as a customer...you all have to do better...take some pride in the work you do..instead of trying to let every single person you come in contact with, know that you are mad at the world.
