I went to the Richton Park Sharks and it was one of the worse experience in my life. I just asked the girl at the counter if I could check my order because I wasn't sure if it was correct or not and it went down from there. That was the MOST horrifying customer services experience I've had in years. Me and my family will never do any business with and Sharks ever again. They were beyond rude and need to take a class on customer services. How we allow businesses like this to exist is beyond me but from this point I refuse to go quietly. If I could give it a no ratings I would.
