Great food and nice folk. I really like the ladies that cook. They are nice and can cook up a storm. I've had some of the best food I have ever ate there. They are better than most Restaurants and their cooking in bulk! God Bless...

Richwood needed one of these places for a long time. I am glad we got one now. They run a soup Kitchen too.

Yes, the people are religious and do wish local people would straighten up. It used to be there were no jobs here but the local bushiness can't find anyone willing to work now. They all just lay around on drugs all day. Unlike in the city this pantry is staffed by unpaid volunteers and local people are digging the money for food and everything else out of their own billfolds and purses. They all work for a living and are by no means wealthy their selves. They give what they don't have, skip vacations and struggle to make ends meet. So why do they give away what they can't really afford to do without? Out of love in their hearts and fear the local children are suffering. So, if they have no right to try and push people away from drugs and toward a better future why are the local druggies eating their food and taking things they buy with their money? Great place, Godly people.

Well if you go in there expect to be judged. As a christian organization this isnt ran as one. There are whispers, nosy people, and plain out rude. They have made comments about people. You dont talk about people when they come to get help. So what I have a few things, you dont ask why, its none of your business. I will not go back, until the staff changes or I contact the appropriate people. Its terrible to go into a place thats supposed to help and all it does is spread gossip, and be nosy. Love the idea, cant stand the nosy staff.
