My practice focus is on the use of the 'creative process' for maintenance of optimal health - through an integrated mind-body-spirit balance. I work with all ages ranges and groups - verbally and non-verbally, utilizing 'guided imagery', jungian-based 'art-therapy', 'sandplay therapy', and 'experiential play therapy for children'. I believe that the 'creative process' is healing and life-enhancing, allowing the individual to tap into there own innate healing resources.
