My daughter tells me that she has been waiting 3 weeks for this company to unlock her propane tank. She has already paid them for service a month in advance. They keep telling her that they are coming out to unlock their tank( there's still about 40% left from the prior house owners).So, she's been in her house for 3 weeks without hot water or the ability to cook on her stove. Really bad!
