This company worked incredibly fast with their first visit and got the rough out done to our satisfaction. The owner told us to call him if we had any questions. A few months later when we got to the the finish part of the project I was having trouble and contacted the owner. From this intitial contact it took 2 months to actually get him back to the house with much frustration and phone calls being ignored. We even had the lead contractor contact him and it still took him over a week to call us back. He came here today and did the finish work, though I only asked him to come and diagnose the problem so that we could then figure out a plan to fix it, and then he left a bill. Though that was frustrating, the work that he did was good and the price seemed fair. I have been told that this behavior is uncharacteristic of him, but I know that I would not recommend him to a friend.
