Look else where for your automotive needs. I took my vehicle in for a leaking bypass coolant line and after a whole week of being in the shop, I called to see what the status was and was told they ordered the wrong part AND that the repair cost was going to increase by $150.00. I was told that they were going to order the right part next week. I canceled the repair and was still charged $75.00. They never removed a nut or bolt during this whole time. I took it to another shop and had it repaired and returned to me by the next day.
That was the second time these people have done me wrong, but no more.

One of the very few things Speedy Lube says they're going to do, for example, check all fluids, belts, brake pads, hoses, ect. When I got my keys back, I asked if my tire pressures were normal, this being one of the things listed on my receipt, the man replied with " um, I didn't check them." This wouldn't have been all that big of a deal, except I asked them to especially check them because I had problems with a leak. And I am paying almost $75 for this? I will absolutely never recommend this place nor ever go back.
