Provided by YPmobileI wouldn't like the meat manager, Bill, to cut anything for me, I can see how nasty his knives look, and I've witnessed him cutting beef on a PORK ONLY saw, because he didn't want to change the blade on the beef saw. While leaving I talked to the store manger, Robert, and he said it wasn't considered cross contamination because he didn't use the beef saw to cut pork. I'm sorry, but the saw he used was COVERED IN PORK, he made no attempt to wipe it down before using it to cut his bone in steaks! This really disgusts me, and I honestly don't know how a man with little concern for sanitation is still employed in an area that requires it!
