Even giving one star is too much, zero is really what this business deserves. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. Words can not express how unhappy I am with the service. I paid $2000 for invitations and I got the service that belongs with a $200 order. She is a good sales person and doesn't answer the phones. She hides behind the Email when there are problems. This is a brides nightmare with invitations and I am living it. Stay clear from this place! When I picked up the invitations she said she could be there in 10 minutes "if I wanted to talk" she should play the role of an OWNER and actually be there for when a customer is picking up an order that you KNOW the customer isn't happy with.. She didn't even offer to take a PENNY off the order. I will pass word around of the horrendous customer service.



Oh....just for fun - I was told that she goes to the PO to weigh the envelopes for proper postage. When I got there I was told they used their scale instead and I can go there to double check -- Are you kidding me?! It is fine - I hope you enjoy the money that you got for services that you didn't provide. Clearly you need it more than I do. BRIDES STAY AWAY!
