The sales people are knowledgeable, and the company was excellent to work with overall. When we needed a service repair - they went above and beyond to help us. We are extremely happy with the fence and with the service.

While the sales person was friendly, the installation was horrible. They overbooked and started very late and unable to finish the work as promised. As another reviewer stated, debris was not cleaned up after the job finished. Very unprofessional, would use a different company in the future.

You have got to see my beautiful fence renovation that Bergen Fence did for me. I am outstandingly happy about the work that they went above and beyond to help me do. I do not think any of those who gave me other estimates could have done this sperctacular work. It was a difficult job and John, Mira, Jerry and Peter (and one other lady I forget her name) helped me to solve. Their work will keep the bunnies surroounding my house out of my wildflower garden and my new puppy in without her feeling restrained. I am handicapped and can't walk her well so she now has a place of her own to feel free to roam. I have used Bergen Fence before and so has my son for his house. We have always been pleased with their work without hesitation and they always come in with a fair estimate for the work, do it all well, and up to every expectation. Friendly people, the fence looks great. However, make sure you make it clear that they should NOT leave fence debris lying around when done. Twice I had to take my mower in for service to have chain link wire that was wound around the blades removed. The workers apparently didn't think it mattered and tossed excess pieces onto the ground for my mower to find. Again, great people, but set the terms for clean up first.

On January 29, 2010, I had Gerard from Bergen Fence out to my home to give me a free estimate. I had shopped around quite a bit before this date. As soon as we started going over my options I knew I would be using Bergen Fence. Gerard was very informative and gave me tips for saving money. Less than a week later I received my new fence. I was extremely please with my installation. From Gerard's honest approach and knowledge of fence materials to the office's prompt handling and then Renaldo's expert installation. Thank you Bergen Fence for making this a pleasant experience!
