this doesn't look to have any professionalism and experience, I always like to get a lot of pictures of my son, I almost always order the most expensive kit on pictures about my son, and Id' never had any problem about to. I paid the last time 72 dollars for an order on november 16th, it's been 5 months since then, I called to ask on january, somebody told me, was going to call me back, and I never received that call, now that I call again, they say, that they never received that payment, and that's why they didn't sent the pictures, and that I have to talk to the teacher, the teacher knows I paid that, because I asked her for the pictures, and she already told me to call this office. I don't think I'm going to order nothing from this marcel studios office ever again; if they can not be as professionnals to deliver orders as when they collect money. I have some pictures about the orders I had make before, and It's not lies that I used to like to order a lot of pictures about my son, and I never had any problems about this.



they promise bonuses when they can not even comply with the orders, and what is worse, they do not return the money, saying they did not receive, they can not pretend to say that the money is lost.

That this photography studio is probably one of the WORST studios out there. I recently had my senior pictures taken at my high school. I was greeted with the rudest women and the worst service. The woman who took my first set of pictures did my hair the way she wanted it and yelled at me every time i went to touch. Last time I checked, I was the one paying for my senior pictures NOT her. The other woman who got me ready was very rude as well. She had the attitude as if she didn't want to be bothered with and wanted to leave at that very second. I felt like I was dealing with a group of itoits. Nobody knew how to correctly take pictures and while taking the pictures they were talking to each other. One man who took my pictures was telling me about him cats and snapping pictures. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this studio. If you want to look like crap for you senior pictures or any formal pictures, then this is the way to go. They are so bad i can't even give them a star rating because in my eyes they are a zero. I just had to put a star so i could submit this.
