When I needed service for my washer, it had stopped during a wash cycle. I called Mr. Michael Ashford of Ashford Repair Services. He was very knowledgeable about what was needed to be done and worked diligently to resolve the issue. He was very professional and mindful of the COVID -19 protocol which my family and I appreciated. I gave him 5 stars because of this experience. I was given step by step instructions of the problem as he worked to resolve the issue. My family and I would highly recommend his services. Professional !
