this place is a dump was lied to before even arrived signed up for a 2 bedroom 2 bath w/washer and drier h/u hey what do you know come time to move in after they told me it would be ready 10/01/2014 wasn't ready so now my child has been withdrawn from school what do you do. I'm told by who ever in office we do have a unit ready! Now get this 2 bedroom 1 bath, upstairs and no washer and drier h/ups bait and switch huh. This unit is like putting lipstick on a pig oh yea new cheap carpet and a fresh coat of paint Cheap paint there is never anybody in the office and when there is they don't have any sense of what to do. Once we moved in our lights were turned of after 3 days as we had lights turn on in unit we were supposed get as the person in office told us not to worry. Finally we were given keys to a unit with lights, now mind you this after a full day of work son and a four year old Grandson and I still don't know whats up with lights.

This place is a horrible place to live. Nothing works, not even the people who work there. I should have been skeptical when I did a walk threw of a "completely renovated" apartment. She was claiming everything was new, but there was obvious usage and aging of everything except the carpet. They lied to me the entire 2 months that I lived there about making repairs. I had roaches everywhere, and stayed in a nearby hotel whenever my apartment flooded (which only happened about six times). My apartment flooding cause a horrible odor, making everything wreak! Please save yourself the time, money, energy, and the headache and look elsewhere

Baymeadow apts has bad management. I had to call maintenace from april til june about getting my air fixed. He kept coming out and still it wasn't working everytime he left. They have safety issues and due to them my air conditioning unit and hot water unit caught on fire luckily i was home. There are messy people residing there and managment does nothing to prevent it. I personally would not recommend and Its so bad i don't mind paying two months rent to get out of my lease.
