As a financial advisor working...

As a financial advisor working in the retirement plan industry for a decade, I can confidently say that I have found the most inept plan provider/TPA in the marketplace. Having taken agent of record of a plan with Dyatech, we have found multiple MAJOR compliance issues and have worked for 1.5 yrs to correct the issues. Lauren Cox is the rep for this case and we are not confident that their system or employees are in compliance with industry regulations regarding checks and balances or basic compliance knowledge. If you are looking to get nailed by IRS auditors be sure to hire Dyatech or remain with them.
Having found this company to be entirely lacking, we are amazed that they are still in business. As you can tell, this experience has been so poor that I have made time to warn others.

As a finance professional for a small business, I have been increasingly disappointed in Dyatech's service. As the previous review states, we have experienced non-compliance issues due to Dyatech's inability to successfully advise our retirement account. The company is also unwilling to admit its mistakes and does not hold its employees accountable for their failures. The documentation process the company employs is deplorable and is the greatest reason for the company's failure.

I would not recommend that any small business, or any business at all, work with this company. You will regret it.

I used to work for this business and they are terrible people. I would not trust my retirement with these guys. They hold large amounts of funds that are considered conversion money and make bank off the returns. They only invest these conversion funds when they absolutely have no other choice. The term 'invested when feasibly possible' was used all the time even though I had the data ready to be converted and invested.

Financial adviser set Dyatech as our TPA when my husband and I were setting up a 401K. Circumstances changed and we abandoned that plan before it was fully setup and ever funded. I was plan administrator.

During setup, though, my contact at Mass Mutual was extremely helpful, he went far beyond what he was required to do. Dyatech never returned my phone calls and rarely ever responded to my emails.

Then, things changed and would not set up this plan after all. It was never funded, but I understand that paperwork was done and time spent. My guy at Mass Mutual wished me luck and closed the account with no fee.

Dyatech? Funny thing. He suddenly returned my calls and emails. Yes, now he'd return all my calls and messages because it was time for them to collect. I not only owed the full year's fee, but in addition, owed double that fee for a closing. These people had done nothing to help me, but they, rather than the helpful man at Mass Mutual, will reap the very hefty fees. Loathsome.

This place is truly the WORST TPA firm out there. It makes total sense as to why they are no longer providing their full service option as of the end of last year. They are incapable of performing this type of service, I have recently had several compliance issues pop up from the last 5+ years. They do not have answers, they will not accept any type of responsibility for their employees inabilities, they do not return calls nor care about their clients.
