Worst PLACE ever... His office staff is awful and never get the paperwork faxed over for a prescription. They charged the insurance company a fortune...almost $1000 and refuse to fax the paperwork to the clinic office for prescription. According to Terry, his office manager, Dr Lott's policy is that until the insurance pays the claim which normally takes a month he wont fax the paperwork. They never say that on any papaerwork and this in fact means for the last MONTH she has lied each day that she said the paperwork was faxed!!!!!
