If you're handicapped, don't park at the Main Harbor Store unless you're literally on crutches. Dale Shepherd will harass you and get security. He literally did that to my girlfriend and I today at about 3:15 outside Pelican Cove Grill. 



We parked in a handicap spot, with our handicap tag displayed properly. As we walked in he asked her, "are you going to stay long because that's a handicap spot." I told him to mind his own business, and he lost it.



He said that it was "HIS" business (repeating this several times for emphasis despite Pelican not actually being his business). I told him she had Rheumatoid Arthritis and he told me he was getting security. I was too appalled to stay and eat so we left.



So big shout out to Dale Shepherd for harassing people who don't look handicapped enough to his liking. Next time we'll bring crutches (provided that's ok with Dale).
