Provided by YP.comI never realized what a huge life changing commitment I was making when I signed up to train with Tammy Thomas, and though it is tough, I've learned to really enjoy working out, and I know that it is going to be a part of my daily routine for the rest of my life. Tammy offers challenging training sessions that are filled with a variety of workouts, including boxing. Before I signed up with MS Fitness Pro, I felt that working out was a chore, but I've learned to love it and have fun becoming more physically fit.
