Randy, you were told when you bought the watch what i return policy was, No Cash refunds but we do store credit or exchanges. Your wife tried to bully us into a cash refund. Its the same for everyone.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone

After buying my wife a valentines day present that cost more than $400.00 my wife went to return it on the next business day they were open. She was told that she could not return it but only exchange it. No were in the store is this prominently posted nor was it on either receipt I was given (one hand written and one from register). After looking through things there was nothing from there she wanted so again asked for it to be credited back to the debit card used to buy it. At this point the man helping her yelled at her and told her no and that he told me this (which he did not, my wife is picky and I would never buy something for her she couldn't return) after this the owner got ino it and they were both so rude and ugly that it made her leave crying. They pointed out a small white sticker smaller than an inch by an inch that said no cash refunds stuck on a display case. Again nowhere in the store is there a sign nor on any receipts given saying NO RETURNS. So I would suggest going to ANY other jewelers in town if you are looking for something. Had to give a star to submit this but they don't even deserve one.
