I have lived her for several months and I can honestly say it's not worth the money. Management is mediocre. Apartments are old and run down. I have had mold issues, bug issues, the floors are in bad condition, the plumbing sucks, maintenance is horrible. They just stick bandaids on stuff and never truly fixed it. My dish washer has never worked. Cabinets are old. Apartments are super tiny. There aren't any lights in the non-master bedrooms. Popcorn ceilings and walls. I could go on.

THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! I know someone who lives there. Rotten floors, mold, foundation issues, management issues, EVERYTHING! I hear several people in the area complaining about how raggedy these apts are. AND for approximately 1200/month..omg! I will never apply here.

I really enjoyed my stay at Pear Orchard. It was the best apartment living experience that I have ever had. If I move back into that area, I definately know where my place of residence will be.
