Very very upset with them . Gave brand new clothes to them and brand new shoes that are in style . In return I recieved only 10 dollars for 2 dresses and anew brand name Nine West bag . Never selling them anything AGAIN!

They are extremely selective with what they buy. I brought in probably close to 50-60 items of clothing (all very nice and current), and they took 5 items for a total of $16. Those 5 items were not any better than the rest of the things I brought, so it could be that they are just overflowing with items and did not want to take a lot. At the time, some of the clothing was folded in the exact same when I brought the clothing in the store, so I felt like they did not look through everything.

Horrible customer service! I called there on Thursday to see when they were buying clothes because I live 30 minutes away and I didn't want to waste a trip. The girl told me they would be buying clothes on Saturday, today. So I just drove over there and they told me they were not buying clothes today. I will not be going back!

Absolutely the worst run place I've ever encountered!!!!! I took a ton of clothing, that was very current and barely worn (some of it brand new). I had to drag it all over there, then wait 2 hours for them to find the time to look through it, then drive back over only to find they wouldn't buy back a SINGLE ITEM. The pile of clothing was in the EXACT same stack/position as I left it so I feel very certain they didn't even look through it. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be taking anything there again or ever buying a single item from them. Total sham. Don't waste your time.

Ripoff!!! I brought really nice new-like clothing to this store and they only took one of my shirts for $1.65. As you shop around this store, everything is used and not cheap at all. Everything is very expensive!!! And let's not forget, they are USED clothings. Don't waste your money here. I will never buy from this store. I would rather buy something new at the prices they sell their USED clothings.

Total ripoff. Unless you're selling American Eagle or Hollister, don't bother. Rude employees. Very rude manager. There are enough consignment stores around Jackson to chose from. Don't waste your time here.

I was ten minutes away from the ridgeland store and called ahead of time to see if they were excepting anymore clothes,shoes,etc since it was close to 5pm they said yes and would be until 6pm. I drive to the store and get turned away after I had just gotten off the phone with the 'key holder', then I phoned in to ask her why she told me they were still taking items she hangs up in my face. Great customer service you got going there and I made sure to contact the corporate office to let them know as well.

i walked in and all of the staff were cussing LOUDLY it was very horrible...when i tried on a boot there was a minstrel pad in it!! GROSS!! also i guess the manager or who ever he was..some black guy was arguing and cussing so loud with some other guy... just a horrible experience...also i have been to other platos and ridgeland does not give you the required amount for your clothing..they mark your price down so they can make more off of your clothes!

This place is the best to get designer clothes! I got a pair of true religions for 50 dollars! And they have the best selection of polos! Way better than any consignment store around the area! And they give you cash up front! So no more waiting on my stuff to sell!!!
