The staff is very caring and they provide loving care for each animal that they see. I would highly recommend their services to anyone I know.

I wouldn't trust my pets to anyone but Ridgetown Animal Hospital. They take great care of them while I work during the day.

They are located down the street from my office. I always pass by them. I had my first visit and they were very good! Our appointment started on time.

They are great at Ridgetowne Animal Hospital. You can leave your pet to get treatment while you are at work! They are great at staying in touch and are dedicated to helping the pets get better.

When I go in with my dog to see Dr. Segrest we never wait more than 10 minutes to see him. My dog is very active and cannot sit for very long so it is great to get into our appointment quickly.

After my house trained dog had a terribly disgusting accident in my car after picking him up at 10am from boarding I called to ask why my dog had to go so badly, thinking he had been walked already. They told me dogs are never let out- that they have raised kennels they are expected to use the bathroom through, even though most dogs are trained to not potty in their kennels or where they sleep. As a long time client there I am outraged and was told by the vet that I should have asked if they were walked & he didn't offer to compensate in any way. If you don't care if your dog is ever let out, by all means board here. Very bad business policy. Clients should be told.

The office never smells. They keep it very clean and organized. I have been to other clinics that do not keep their office clean and I was happy to come to an office that cares.

I have been very happy with all of the services that they have offered my family. They always know the right thing to do to make my pets feel better.

The doctors and staff at Ridgetowne Animal Hospital went above and beyond the call of duty when my dog was sick. They were able to squeeze me in and I appreciate it!
