i agree with the first review..we went last Thursday nite and the service was lousy and our food was cold when we finally got it...

I have not eaten here since before Katrina, so I found out when I got there they no longer have the all you can eat buffet. That was ok.



We had fried crab claws, which had way too much cornmeal and grease soaked, some hot, some cold.



The cole slaw on the salad bar was creamy, not crisp. Not many items on salad bar.



The boiled shrimp was the highlight of the night; Boiled and seasoned to perfection, excellent.



The stuff crab were cold in the center and fried to a dark brown. Like they tried to cook it too fast. Horrible!



The wait staff was slow, maybe beause of a party in the next room. No refills on tea, water, nothing. Had to ask for the check and waited a long time for it.



I will not go back or recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I adore Sal & Phil's shrimp PoBoy. The gumbo is also really good. I've heard they have a great seafood buffett. Whenever I want a great poboy, this is where I go! Excellent!
