They accepted a job they were not qualified to do. Spent over 3 hours pondering the problem. called in additional people, who also did not know how to fix the problem. Left with the job unfinished - charged us for 4 hours of work. Refused to make contact to negotiate the price even though the job was incomplete - until I stopped payment on the check. They still refused to negotiate and then quietly waited for the 6 month period to lapse. They snuck the check through. $470 for about $200 worth of work. Don't pay them unless you are absolutely sure they did the job right, because it wasn't about the resolving the issue with us - it was about getting paid - period.
