They lose your payments, then say it's the customers fault and cut off service. They leave trash behind and it's floating around the neighborhoods. They LIE, they told me personally that because they don't have trash pickup on Mondays they don't follow a holiday schedule unless it falls on the day of a holiday. Several times the holiday had been the day after and they didn't pick up the trash. When I called they said no it was a holiday week and I said what you said you don't follow holiday schedule if it's not on the day of the pickup. receptionist there when you call to talk to them is the most rudest person I ever talk to. She sounds like she hates her job and if that's the case then she needs to find a new one. I'm so glad I'm moving and the waste company that I have now is included in my taxes and it's not Priority One. And to top it all off they owe me a month back. You pay 3 months at a time and I only used two months , so they owe me $15 and she said that they don't refund.

Changed from Suburban (Horrible service) to Priority 1. Excellent customer support on the phone, is always pleasant and has solved any issues quickly. The cost of Priority 1 is way less than Suburban (Republic), so they are a win-win in my opinion.

Disappointed about the two neg...

Disappointed about the two negative reviews as we have always rec'd excellent service from Priority. A phone call is all it takes to get heavy trash picked up within a day and if you are as lucky as we are......someone came by during the evening and took away all out 'heavy' trash. I called Priority this am to let them know that we would not be needing a pickup and the applied the charge to our quarterly service charge.

Again always on time and never leave a mess. Thanks to Priority we are saving $$ and receiving excellent service.

Customer is NOT right attitude.

A few days before X-mas and without any warning they collected my trash can for a $4 balance on my account. I immediately called them willing to pay the $4. However they said it wouldn't be till the week after the New Year before they could return the can due to their holiday schedule. They also indicated i would be charged for those 2 weeks i waited for a trash can, in spite of no service. The customer service person i spoke with acted as if 2 weeks without trash service was punishment for a $4 balance. Very condescending representatives, unprofessional.

Be warned!

Sine orginally signing up with Priority-1 (which is an oximoron in itself) I have had my pick-up date changed numerous times. I have had my yard waste not picked up leaving me to call the office inquiring why to get lame excuses such as "our truck broke down but your still scheduled to be picked up today". I have actually watched this companies truck drive right by my home without picking up the yard waste many times. To date my trash has been sitting by the road now 3 days past the scheduled pick-up date and mow it's the week-end. Guess it will be there longer now. My advice would be to check with the Better Buisness Bureau on this company as I will be come Monday and don't be roped in my the "cheaper" price tag. You truly do get what you pay for.
