So far, they have done what the contract stated. Yes, you pay back a high percent but if you need the loan, you take that consequence. As long as my payments are made and I let them know, I have had good, quality, customer service.

OMG this place is a nightmare, don't know why this company continues to do business. My car was reposed balance was only 1800. after paying already 6 payments on a 1400. loan it cost me another 2338. to get car back that had been taken to auction before my date to pay, they had went through car took out panel and when I call loan smart was told they had nothing to do with this. Everyone has blame the other starting with person who tow car. If you can please do not use this company it is not worth it. Have written to Va state attorney something has to be done about these title loans.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE DO NOT GET A LOAN WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE MONEY BUT PAYING THE MONEY BACK IS A NIGHTMARE THEY CHARGE 300% INTEREST ON ANY LOAN ITS BASICALLY A PYRAMID SCHEME
