Provided by YP.comI would like to express my sincere gratitude to you, LeeAnne and your company in extending such professionalism, courtesy and sympathies during the purchase of my brother’s memorial.
I go every weekend to bring flowers and much to my surprise I go and the gravestone is there, although I’m missing terribly my only brother. It brought some comfort and emotions to see a memorial with his name and picture.
My first purchase was in 2003, husband, 2007, mother, 2015 dad and now my brother, Memorial Arts never disappoints me. Excellent work. Right next to our parents.!!

Provided by YP.comWe lost our child in June. We ordered a stone from Memorial Arts 3 days after we lost him. They told us it would take 2 weeks to get a sketch of the stone, and we would have to approve it. At around 2 weeks I started calling them to see if the sketch was in. No sketch. I called 2 times per week up until about the 5 week point. Each time a person would say to me "OOOO that's so weird that you haven't received it yet! It only takes 2 weeks... we will look into this". Each time I called, it was as if I got the same exact response. Finally, by week 5 I was able to talk to someone helpful. Her excuse though was that "We must have not received your messages." I explained I didn't leave any messages, I spoke with people directly. By the next day I had a sketch. I approved the sketch the same day. It has been 6 weeks since I approved the sketch, so my husband called to see if there was any time frame that the cemetery would be receiving the stone. They didn't know and were very cold to him. I received a phone call back today about a follow up on the stone. The woman said she called, and the production company hasn't even gotten in the stone yet to start making it. And that they didn't have an ETA for us. She told us that we could "cancel it if we wanted to". We paid $1,600 for an extremely small stone.. I could only hope that no one has to go through this. Picking out a stone for your child is already the most emotionally draining thing anyone could do. Now imagine having to call and continuously ask what's going on? And the response is continuously "we don't know". So so beyond frustrated.

Provided by YPmobileThe staff was wonderful when my family and I were looking for a headstone. They took their time showed us samples and various drawings that we could add. Other companies that we looked at seemed to be rushing us out since we were having a hard time. I cannot express how pleasant it was to have someone understand that this was not a quick easy task one takes on. The prices were in the middle from other places we looked, I found the reasonable.

Not doing it right in stone is costly. One would think they'd take more care ........ dn
