I received the worst mani I have ever gotten never made it to the pedi.
First mistake, Tina filed my nails but never cleaned the actual dust off them.
Second mistake, she cut only the corners of cuticles not around the whole nail.
Third mistake, She answered the phone 4 times while giving me mani, meanwhile the receptionist was sitting there reading a book.
Forth mistake, she messed up two of my nails. Sighed when I asked her to fix them
Her idea of fixing the nail was pressing her finger over the smudged paint and just painting on top of the nail.
Fifth mistake, was she left nail polish all around my skin on every finger she painted and was annoyed I pointed it out to her to clean.

When I got up at this point not interested in her finishing, I told her this is the soppiest mani I have ever received.
I want my money back for the pedi as I am not staying.
Her biggest concern was making sure they only refunded me for the pedi.

I hope she uses the $10.00 to go back to school!
