honestly i really wanted to like this place and i gave it three chances and they messed up each time . i went to the salon friday night to get a filling & gel color on my tips. one lady was doing my tips and showing all the other workers how much my nail cracked and laughing and asked if i bite my nails , i responded no it chipped because it did . then when she was in the middle of my nails the guy told her to work on someone else since “ they’re busy “ and he told me he’ll finish my nails . he didn’t even finish filing my nails , he told me to go wash my hands so he could paint them . i said your not done though and he said go wash go wash with an attitude . so i went to wash my hands and i go back and he paints them horrible !! mind you i’m paying extra for the gel color . he kept shaking my hand telling me to relax well it’s kind of hard to relax when your holding my hand very tight . i then put it in the machine to dry & he moves on to someone else . 5 mins late he says from the other desk “ your done you could leave “ first of all my nails weren’t dried they were sticking that when i made a fist they stuck to my palm and he said that was “ normal “ . then he didn’t even put lotion on my hands or nothing . i paid $32 and didn’t get the full 100% customer service i received probably 60% . the next day my nails started chipping .... horrible horrible horrible now i have to go somewhere else and pay another $30 . just do yourself a favor and avoid this place .
