this hospital is a poor excuse for a health care facility. i went in once as a last resort for pneumonia. it took 7 EFFIN' HOURS to get a room, and then the rudeness of the nurses begun. they even gave me the wrong dose of prescription meds i take, and when i mentioned it, the so-called pharmacist hadn't heard of the dose i take! the whole hospital is a train wreck.

my nostril vein vessel burst from thin dry air and bleeding profusely and Dr Stacy Ranniger was the " doctor " whom looked at me and saw me bleeding to death and discharged me and I gave her a run down on my medical history of sinus infections and swollen lypmhnodes and I've been seeing an Oncologist-cancer doc for 6yrs whom was prescribing me percocet, morphine, etc for sheer pain and this maniac doctor yelled with anger that NO SUCH DRUGS are available for administration at the hospital period and she wouldn't even prescribe to a cancer patient such meds! Anyhow that maniac discharged me with a dripping nose of blood everywhere and I had to sign a complaint to the hospital immediately on the spot and another patient after me was filling out a complaint against that Stacy Ranniger all because she refuses treatment and I'm hispanic and the other was a white woman filling out the complaint as well. I called the hospital emergency superviser or manager Cleo Castle and she said she never received my complaint in 2 weeks! Well that visit was on friday and still bleeding at night and I called and the irate fat slob receptionist whom works at night sometimes, said because i had a complaint against that maniac Stacy Ranniger that she had nothing more to say and hung up on me! That piece of hog wash! Anyhow I called to see if another doctor was on call the next day Saturday and Stacy Ranniger got on the phone and said if I returned that she left a message to her buddy on call NOT TO TREAT me!!!

This is one of the most amazing healthcare facilities I have ever been to. They are all so nice and they have new equipment to detect br. cancer....Grand River Hospital saved my life. I can't thank them enough.

MY SON-IN-LAW WAS IN A CAR WRECK TODAY AND TAKEN TO THIS BUCHERHOUSE THEY TOOK VERY POOR CARE OF HIM AND SENT HIM HOME TO DIE THEY DIDNT EVEN GET ALL THE GLASS OUT OF HIS EYE, HIS SCULL IS SHOWING EVEN THOUGH HE HAD FULL COVERAGE AUTO INSURANCE. HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN TO A VET HE WOULD HAVE GOTTEN BETTER CARE
