This is the worst place to live in all of Rincon. With in the first two days you will realize most outlets don't work, airconditoning is poor, refrigerators barely work as well. Roaches everywhere...the sight of them is disturbing. When calling and ask for maintenance they will lie and give you the opposite of what you wanted to hear, I don't think they kno how to fix anything in the apts honestly. I had to fix most of my problems. Marcia the management lady doesn't ever do her job except to lie to your face so you sign papers. After that good luck getting a hold of her for anything and when you do she will be rude to your face and basically leave for the other place she horribly manages where I hear she treats the residents worse. Last thing, the maintenance man will enter your apt once a month and basically search your stuff, including every room, closet, drawer and box and then when accused will deny he touched anything but the smoke alarms. Conclusion to this review is simple, don't live here and save your self from the BS.
