This daycare will not deal with discipline problems. They opt to call parent to pick up child or disenroll the child rather than deal with problems. They have no real structure or supervision. The director is only there part of the day and the workers sit on their behind and the kids are in kaos. However the place is very clean, some of the caregivers spend their time cleaning rather than giving actual childcare at the direction of the owner/director. No real experience in managing or directing a daycare is there.
