I rarely write reviews but this time my experience was so exceptional that I feel obligated. My wife and I shopped all the local mega-dealers within 100 miles of us only to get more confused by their "car dealer" sales tactics. Once we finally figured out exactly what we were looking for, we still could not get a price that seemed "reasonable". Luckily I found RV Outlet in Virginia. They had exactly the new RV that we wanted and we were quoted a price that was light years lower than the local guys. After thoroughly checking references and after numerous conversations with Zach on the phone, I decided that the 725 mile road trip to pick it up was going to be worthwhile. I could not have been more pleased. The perfect 5th Wheel was there on their lot and ready for me on schedule. Zach, being promoted from the service department, knew the unit inside and out and took a good 4 hours teaching me everything and answering my questions. He took care of every little concern right there on the spot. Also the paperwork transaction went without a hitch and without any hidden fees or surprises. I left there completely satisfied and very pleased with my selection of camper and dealer. If you want fancy inflated prices and hard core salesmanship, go to the big boys. If you want honest hard working people who know that their mission is to win customers confidence and return business, go to RV Outlet in Ringgold, Virginia!

All the employees are great and John one of the owners is awesome! Everyone is very helpful and make you feel right at home with no pressure at all!

We bought a used toy hauler. 3 years old. I was assured everything was checked and all components were in working order. Before I left, I realized that the trailer had no brakes. They fixed that before I was able to leave. When I got home, I checked the rest. One tire had to be replaced b/c of a broken belt on the inside. Water heater cracked due to freezing. Propane switch bad. CD player does not work. Fuel transfer pump burned out. Water heater was bypassed, so the leak was not apparent at walk thru.I did call back, I was told that all these items broke in the three hours it took to get the trailer home. I was assured and reassured that everything was checked and was working before I took delivery. Nice folks to your face. Once you buy, do not expect any type of after-sale support.It is possible that we will go back, but only because of price. And NEVER for anything USED.
